I am sending this note to thank you for your advice and for the amazing work done by you and your team in selling the above noted property. As you know this is the second property you have sold for us in the New West area, the other being the Queens Park house on Regina.
My purpose in writing is to congradulate you on having developed a unique approach to customer service which resulted in you being selected as the realtor for both properties. What impressed me on both occasions was your level of preperation and analysis regarding similar properties, properties that sold that we could compare to and properties that did not and your assessment of why they did not sell.
You are the only realtor that presented a comprehensive analysis and marketing plan.
To my surprise the other realtors we interviewed for the most recent property simply looked up the property tax assessment and recommended that we list for the assessed value. They did not take the time to examine the property and did not appear to have done any meangingful research of comparable properties. Those realtors recommended a listing price that was below what you were able to sell the property for in the end.
I simply cannot thank you and your team enough for the great job you did in continuing to keep me informed and for maintaining a positive attitude throughout which ultimately led to a sale that exceeded what the other realtors thought was possible.
